Nestled in the countryside between Lincoln and Newark, The Bottle & Glass is an award-winning, dog-friendly country pub & restaurant in Harby, offering a memorable food and drink experience in a beautiful rural setting. Recently named one of the Top UK Beer Gardens by The Sun, we’re proud to be a destination for locals, walkers, cyclists and visitors alike.

Our charming 18th century pub blends traditional character with stylish, modern interiors, featuring two cosy bar areas with log fires, a spacious restaurant available for private hire, and a private lounge for special occasions. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy our stunning outdoor terrace and beer garden for al fresco dining, complete with an outdoor bar serving drinks, cocktails and wood-fired pizzas. We also have air conditioning indoors to keep guests cool throughout the summer, alongside free WiFi, making us the perfect spot to relax, work remotely or catch up with friends and family.

If you are looking for a cosy country pub, this is the place to go to. It’s not your usual pub food, (although it has some traditional favourites). Modern gastro is probably the best way to describe it. It also has a good selection of beers & wines. Best local lunch out we have had in months. Well done Bottle & Glass team!

Staying on the outskirts of Lincoln I was looking for somewhere for dinner and after a look at google maps plumped for here. A very lucky chance I feel. Good beer and excellent food - it was pie night and I had one of the best steak pies I think I have had. And very ample portions of cheese on the cheeseboard. Friendly service and dog friendly. Nice civilised atmosphere (no TV blaring, subdued music). Will definitely be back.

I know my burgers (after owning a successful gourmet burger joint) and I can honestly say the burger here was one of the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely stunning. And the service was brilliant. The veggie burger was also stunning. I very rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve the praise. We’ll definitely be returning.
